My life in a nutshell - Chris Clark

I was born in Toledo Ohio on October 24 1949. I grabbed a fresh set of diapers, bought a cigar and a pack of gum at the hospital commissary and hopped a freight to the West Coast. At eight years of age I was told that accordian players made alot bucks. I became a accordian player. By the age of 12 , I recieved some sort of prestigious accordian award given by some accordian guys from Austria for being a hell’va accordian player an a decent guy to boot. At this time I heard that guitar players got alot of cash. I marched myself down to the hock shop and traded a Colt .45 model 1911A for a Gibson ES 125 and a Silvertone piggyback amp. I took it home, plugged it in and cranked it up. Sounded good to me. I have been spankin’ the plank ever since.
